Important Announcement for Offshore DMCA Ignored Hosting Customers

Dear Customers,

This announcement applies only to customers using our Offshore DMCA Ignored Hosting services.

Recently, the offshore hosting server experienced a critical infrastructure-level issue that resulted in prolonged service interruption. After extensive investigation, it was determined that waiting for the existing server to recover would result in unnecessary downtime for customers.

To minimize disruption and restore services as quickly as possible, our technical team performed an emergency migration of customer accounts to a new server infrastructure.

What We Have Done

  • Migrated affected offshore hosting accounts to a new server.
  • Restored hosting services on the new infrastructure.
  • Verified server stability and accessibility.
  • Brought cPanel services back online on the new server.

Action Required from Customers

Most Offshore Hosting customers use Cloudflare or another external DNS provider.

To ensure your website works correctly, you must verify that your DNS records are pointing to the new server IP:

How to Check Your Assigned IP

  1. Login to your AquaHost Client Area.
  2. Navigate to My Services.
  3. Open your Offshore Hosting service.
  4. Your hosting IP address and service details will be displayed there.

If your DNS records are still pointing to the old server IP, your website may remain inaccessible until the records are updated.

Please verify:

  • A Records
  • Cloudflare DNS Records
  • External DNS Provider Records
  • Custom Nameserver Configurations (if applicable)
